Children’s DepartureFares

Children 5-14 yrs on Day Tours – 50% of Adult price (Excluding Blackwater Rafting Adventures where Children are charged adult prices)

Children 2-4 yrs – $40 for use of a seat and approved child restraint – for your child’s safety. We do not carry children under 2 years on regular tours  for health and safety reasons but we can book a private charter for your family. 

On regular package tours timing is important and we are unable to stop frequently enough for you to attend to your child’s needs

Price Includes: – All entrance fees for included activities (Meals and accommodation where specified.)  All transport

Prices Includes – 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST) and are quoted in $NZ

Conditions of Travel

For most tours a minimum of 2  to 3 passengers or price equivalent is needed – Our forward bookings are very strong so please check as minimum numbers have been achieved on most days in the next 6 months

FlexiToursNZ reserves the right to arrange alternative transport, tour routes, services or accommodation (If  this becomes necessary for operational reasons). FlexiToursNZ shall not be held responsible for any property loss or damage and/or for any damages resulting in death or personal injury which may arise whilst on tour, or when utilizing any other services provided by FlexiToursNZ agents. Some services offered are not operated by FlexiToursNZ, and may involve transport in larger vehicles. FlexiToursNZ shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting in any activities beyond its control such as fire, machinery breakdown, civil disturbances, theft or any delays or itinerary changes that may include additional expense that have been brought about by circumstances beyond the company’s control.  Refunds cannot be made for unused tour portions. FlexiToursNZ cannot be held responsible for any personal items or luggage passengers forget to remove from the coach.

FlexiToursNZ reserves the right to ask passengers to leave the coach if their behavior is detrimental to the enjoyment of other paying passengers. In this situation, there will be no refund  Not all tours operate daily and are subject to availability at the time of booking. In the event of a coach breakdown,  FlexiTours NZ reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary. Refunds will be  given in this situation for any unused tour portion.

Cancellation & Amendment Fees

Up to 48hrs prior to departure – 100% refundable, 24hrs to 48hrs prior to departure – 50% refundable – non refundable  from 24 hours  before  your  departure date.

Exceptions to this  are tours  booked from Cruise Ships, – These must be prepaid and are non-refundable from 7 days prior to travel.  Private tours and Multiday tours and overnight tours which include accommodation and specialist  activities are  non refundable   from 72 hours ( 3 days) prior to the travel date 

We advise you to make sure your travel insurance will cover you if your ship is unable to make it to the port of departure or any other reason for cancellation.

Overnight tours which include accommodation + specialty activities will have longer non-refundable terms based on the suppliers, terms and conditions.
